This is my second time that I move and I didn’t even thought about looking for another broker. I connected directly to Eva Chatfield, sent her a message and she call me 5 min later. She listened to my current situation and said “I’ll help you find your new home”. That was a relief. This time, I looked for a house instead of a condo. She negotiated the price fairly, with confidence, closed the deal, guided us through the agreement terms explaining all the clauses. Very talent, heard worker, patient person. After closing the deal, she did the house inspection together with us checking all details that I wouldn’t even thought about, like the furnace filter. She figured out where was it, since nobody knew the right spot. We spent 1.5 hour inside the house. She helped us transferring the utility bills to our names and left us in a very good position with the landlord. We will keep our relationship with her and definitely be in touch for our next step - buying our own house.
